Good Reading

Good Reading produces three book-related titles that I’m sure your library users will love, and all are included in the SLQ subscription:

  • Good Reading Resource Hub - GR contains over 50 new book reviews each month, along with author profiles, stories on writers’ houses, book trivia and literary quizzes, which makes the magazine everything about books! Readers also have access to bonus exclusive interviews and stories just for online subscribers.

  • SpineOut: an inspiring online mag written by and for Young Adults. With reviews of new YA titles in every edition, it is the perfect place to find the next enthralling book to read. We welcome submissions from our teenage readers, such as short stories, poetry, art, short films or original music and publish a selection of these in every exciting issue!
  • PK mag: our latest digital magazine for Primary Kids. Like its big sister SpineOut, which is hugely popular with high school students, PK encourages students to submit their creative works and then experience the thrill of being published. We accept all kinds of submissions: short stories, poems, art, craft, reviews, musical performances, science projects and more. Featuring interviews with popular children’s authors, sporting heroes, and of course plenty of competitions, PK is a fun, funky, yet serious magazine out every two months.
